Exchange Policy

At Shree Padmavati Jewellers, we understand that customer preferences may change over time. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, we have outlined the following exchange policy:

Exchange within 14 Days of Purchase

Customers can exchange any Gold Jewellery, Diamond and Precious Gem Jewellery purchased from www.shreepadmavatijewellers.com by returning the product to the registered address mentioned on our website only.

Terms and Conditions for Exchange within 14 Days:

Jewellery must be in its original condition to be eligible for full value exchange.
All exchanges will be subject to quality inspection by our Quality Control Team or a certified laboratory, which may take up to 4 working days.
Partial exchange of ornaments is not permitted.
The exchange policy is not applicable to purchases made through any other online platform or marketplace.
The original invoice and any accompanying certificates/documents must be submitted with the product.
No making charges will be deducted for unused Gold or Diamond Jewellery exchanged within 14 days.
Shree Padmavati Jewellers reserves the right to evaluate the product before confirming the exchange value.
The exchange value will be adjusted against the new product selected. Any difference in price must be paid by the customer.
Exchange policies are not valid for promotional items or products sold on special offers.
Custom-made, altered products, Smart Buy (Make-to-Order) items, Rakhi, and Gold/Silver coins, bars or silver articles are excluded from the 14-day exchange policy. In such cases, our standard "Exchange after 14 days" and "Buyback" policies will apply.
Gifts/gift vouchers received during the original purchase must be returned at the time of exchange or their value will be deducted accordingly.
All applicable taxes, duties, and fees must be borne by the customer.
Only one exchange per invoice is allowed under this policy.

Exchange After 14 Days of Purchase

For exchanges requested after 14 days of the original purchase, valuation will be based on the prevailing rates at www.shreepadmavatijewellers.com or at our retail outlet on the day of exchange.

Exchange Rate Details:

Gold Jewellery: 100% of the benchmark gold rate.
Diamond Jewellery: 100% of the benchmark gold rate + 100% of the prevailing diamond rate (discount at the time of purchase will be deducted).
Era/Uncut Diamond Jewellery: 100% of the benchmark gold rate + 100% of the invoice value of uncut diamonds (after deducting discount).
Precia (Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire): 100% of the benchmark gold rate + 75% of the invoice value of precious stones (after discount).
Solitaire Loose Diamonds: 100% of the prevailing diamond carat rate (after deducting purchase discount).
Solitaire Diamond Jewellery: 100% of the benchmark gold rate + 100% of the prevailing diamond rate (after deducting discount).
Platinum Jewellery: 100% of the benchmark platinum rate + 100% of diamond value.
Gold Coins: 100% of the benchmark gold rate.

Please Note:

The original invoice and any diamond certificates must be provided.
Making charges, taxes, and stone weight (synthetic/semi-precious stones, beads, pearls & zircon) will be fully deducted.
Exchanging jewellery for coins/bars or silver articles is not permitted.
If Era ornaments include precious stones (e.g., ruby, emerald, sapphire), the Precia exchange policy applies (75% for exchange, 70% for cash).
No buyback for pearls or synthetic stones.
All exchanges are subject to a quality inspection, which may take up to 4 working days.
Final exchange value will be evaluated and confirmed by Shree Padmavati Jewellers based on product condition and market rates.
Price difference, if any, must be settled by the customer.
All applicable taxes and duties must be paid by the customer.

Discretion of Rights

Shree Padmavati Jewellers reserves the right to exercise full discretion in allowing exchanges or buybacks, and to modify this policy without prior notice. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/Location – you may specify here].
